Mariammal's husband has been found! Mariammal was found lying outside Government Hospital, incapable of moving and in
an unimaginable mess. She was admitted to the Care Home and after several months of medical care and tlc she is now not
only continent again but thriving on all the attention. Although she suffers from mild dementia she was able to tell
us that her husband left her at the hospital when he was no longer able to care for her. Through established networks
built up over the years by our sister organisation Families for Children, Jacob's was able to find Mariammal's husband

her regularly.
The Bollywood fundraising Ball held recently was a great success, and raised over £10,000 for the projects.
