Outreach

The Outreach Team go out in the evenings to places such as bus and railway stations where homeless old people are known to sleep. The team supply clothes and blankets as well as food, and will help in any way possible.

Sometimes they are asked to provide medical help, in which case they admit the elderly person to the Care Home for treatment.

Jacob's is always on call to help an elderly person found ill or injured on the street.
